With six years dedicated to BSA/AML compliance, she is an expert at identifying and mitigating financial crimes. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Western Governors University (WGU). As a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a holder of the BSACS certification, Samantha is well-equipped to tackle the complexities of financial crimes.
Kennedy Waterbly is a Senior Financial Crimes Analyst at STCU with over six years of expertise in fraud detection and mitigation and nearly a decade in the credit union industry. Certified as a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS), Kennedy excels in monitoring fraud trends, implementing processes to mitigate fraud, and assessing suspicious activity.
